Key Purpose
Support the maintenance and reliability of manufacturing equipment and facility utility systems to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults to minimize downtime.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and support production recovery activities.
- Operate and maintain facility utilities, including HVAC, chillers, air compressors, and water treatment systems.
- Conduct routine inspections, servicing, and replacement of defective components.
- Support equipment installation, commissioning, qualification, and improvement projects.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers on maintenance activities.
- Maintain maintenance records, spare parts inventory, and service documentation.
- Support root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and GMP requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum ITE or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in equipment and/or facility maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems.
- Experience in facility utility systems and manufacturing equipment maintenance is an advantage.
- Able to work independently, multitask, and perform under pressure.
- Positive attitude with a strong sense of urgency and safety awareness.
