The posting

LinkEdge’s sales organisation is the frontline commercial engine that builds and grows our principals’ brands across every retail channel in Singapore — from neighborhood minimarts to modern trade chains to e-commerce platforms.

The Senior Major Account Specialist is an experienced field sales professional managing assigned retail accounts independently within LinkEdge’s General Trade channel. This role handles larger or more complex accounts with full owner ship of orders, merchandising, and collections.

Responsibility

Key Deliverables

Account Revenue

• Deliver revenue targets for assigned accounts.

• Drive distribution, assortment, and in-store standards.

• Grow account value through new listings and promotional participation.

Distribution, Visibility, Display & Pricing Execution

• Drive distribution: ensure all listed SKUs are available in assigned accounts. Secure new product listings within timelines.

• Maintain visibility standards: shelf share, brand block, POSM placement, and planogram compliance in every assigned store.

• Build and maintain off-shelf displays, gondola ends, and promotional displays per principal guidelines and schedules.

• Execute all promotional mechanics (price-offs, bundles, sampling) with 100% accuracy per principal deployment or company objectives.

• Verify correct shelf pricing on every visit per principal-deployed pricing grids. Report and correct deviations immediately.

In-Store Execution

• Planogram compliance, display execution, product freshness.

• Shelf management and replenishment.

Order Management & Collections

• Ensure accurate, timely orders. Manage stock levels at store.

• Collect payments within agreed terms.

Customer Relationships

• Build trusted relationships with store owners/managers.

• Handle customer issues and escalations.

WHO YOU ARE

• O-Level, Diploma, or equivalent.

• 2+ years as MAS or equivalent field salesrole with consistent target delivery.

• Proven ability to manage larger or more complex GT accounts independently.

• FMCG retail experience strongly preferred.
