About the Role

OaksPlus Limited is seeking a proactive, creative and results-driven marketing professional to join our Marketing & Communications team as a Senior Marketing Executive or Assistant Manager.

This role will focus primarily on growing the visibility, brand presence and enrolment opportunities of 7oaks Preschool through integrated digital and offline marketing initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing digital marketing campaigns and agency relationships, driving social media and content strategies, overseeing website content, developing marketing communications materials and building corporate partnerships.

We are looking for someone who combines creative thinking with strong execution capabilities, is comfortable working with data and can independently drive marketing initiatives from planning through to implementation and performance evaluation.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on executor — someone who can translate marketing plans into well-executed campaigns and measurable outcomes.

You should be comfortable managing agencies and external partners, working with internal stakeholders, analysing campaign results and taking the initiative to improve performance.

Above all, you should have a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail and a genuine interest in building brands that connect meaningfully with families.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing & Agency Management

  • Plan, coordinate and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google, Meta and other relevant channels to drive brand awareness, enquiries and enrolments.
  • Manage external digital marketing agencies, including campaign briefs, creative development, budgets, timelines, performance reviews and optimisation.
  • Monitor campaign performance against agreed KPIs, including website traffic, leads, cost per lead (CPL), lead quality and enrolment conversions.
  • Work closely with agencies to identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness, return on investment and marketing efficiency.
  • Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

2. Social Media & Content Management

  • Develop and manage social media content plans and calendars across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
  • Plan and execute engaging content that showcases the preschool's curriculum, learning experiences, educators, community engagement and brand proposition.
  • Oversee content creation, including copywriting, graphic design, photography and short-form video production.
  • Coordinate content gathering with preschool centres and internal stakeholders to ensure a consistent flow of relevant and engaging content.
  • Monitor social media performance, audience engagement and emerging trends to continuously improve content effectiveness.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging, visual identity and quality across all social media platforms.

3. Website Management & Digital Presence

  • Manage and maintain the 7oaks Preschool website using WordPress, ensuring content is accurate, relevant and regularly updated.
  • Oversee updates to website pages, campaign landing pages, blog articles, promotional content and calls to action.
  • Coordinate with web developers and external vendors on website enhancements, maintenance and technical issues.
  • Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console and other relevant analytics platforms.
  • Work with agencies and vendors to improve search engine visibility, website user experience and lead generation effectiveness.
  • Support ongoing website enhancement and revamp initiatives where required.

4. Marketing Communications & Brand Management

  • Plan and execute marketing communications initiatives across digital and offline channels, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and business objectives.
  • Develop and coordinate marketing collaterals, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, digital advertisements, out-of-home (OOH) advertising and promotional materials.
  • Support corporate communications and internal branding requirements, including staff event collaterals, Dinner & Dance materials, annual reports, presentations and internal announcements.
  • Liaise with creative agencies, printers, media owners and other vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective production of marketing materials.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all communications touchpoints.
  • Support public relations, community outreach and other brand-building opportunities as required.

5. Corporate Partnerships & Community Outreach

  • Identify and develop corporate partnership opportunities to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads and support preschool enrolment.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with companies, community organisations and other relevant partners.
  • Develop partnership proposals, promotional arrangements and joint marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate corporate outreach activities, roadshows and partnership activations.
  • Track partnership activities, leads generated and outcomes to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

6. Campaigns, Events & Performance Reporting

  • Plan and coordinate marketing support for preschool open houses, Discovery Days, roadshows, enrolment drives and other events.
  • Work closely with centre leaders and internal stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives support centre-specific enrolment priorities.
  • Track marketing performance across channels, including leads, centre visit registrations, visit attendance and enrolment conversions.
  • Maintain campaign budgets, timelines, marketing calendars and performance reports.
  • Identify gaps in performance and recommend corrective actions to improve results.
  • Support other marketing and communications initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Digital Marketing or a related discipline.
  • Senior Executive: Preferably 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Assistant Manager: Preferably 5–7 years of relevant marketing experience, with demonstrated ownership of marketing campaigns and agency relationships.
  • Strong hands-on experience in digital marketing, including paid advertising, campaign coordination, agency management and performance tracking.
  • Proven experience managing social media channels, content calendars and creative production.
  • Practical experience managing websites using WordPress or a similar CMS; familiarity with basic SEO and website analytics.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing metrics, including CPL, conversion rates, website traffic and campaign ROI.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling marketing content and coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Good eye for design and familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
  • Experience in offline marketing, collateral production, vendor coordination and event management.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and competing deadlines.
  • Resourceful, proactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
  • Experience in the education, preschool or family-oriented services sector will be an advantage.

The appointment level will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and capabilities.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
