ABOUT US We are a technology company building and running high-growth digital platforms. We operate with a lean, high-trustteam and move fast. We are growing our Korean-speaking user base and are building a small, specialist marketing function in Singapore to lead it.

THE ROLE We are looking for a native Korean-speaking Marketing Executive to own marketing for our Korean-speaking users. You will build and run campaigns end to end, from content and social media to paid ads and analytics, with a deep understanding of how Korean users behave online.This is a niche, specialist position. Native-level Korean combined with real digital marketing experience is a rare mix, and you will be the person the team relies on for the Korean market. You work closely with Product, Operations and senior management, and your results are visible from day one.

WHAT YOU WILL DO Plan and run end-to-end marketing for Korean-speaking users across digital channels, from first touch to retention. Create and manage native-quality Korean content for social media, email and platform communications.Build and manage our presence on the platforms Korean users actually use, such as KakaoTalk, Naver, Instagram and YouTube. Run paid campaigns (search and social ads) and track return on spend against clear targets. Find, negotiate with and manage KOL and influencer partners in Korean-speaking communities. Research the market and competitors, and keep up with Korean trends, cultural moments and platform changes. Work with Product and Operations so marketing messages always match what the platform does. Check that every campaign and material is accurate, natural and culturally right for Korean audiences. Report weekly and monthly performance to management, with clear findings and next steps. Be the in-house Korean voice for the team: advise on tone, wording and what will or will not land with Korean users.

Requirement Native Korean, spoken and written (TOPIK Level 5 or 6preferred).

At least 3 years of marketing experience, including digital marketing.

Proven ability to write high-quality, natural Korean content.

Strong understanding of Korean consumer behavior and online platform culture.

Analytical: comfortable with campaign tracking, data and reporting.

Working English for daily team communication.

Willing to relocate to JB . Relocation and work-pass support available for the right candidate. May required for business attachment to Malaysia .
