About Us

Seashell Academy, under Xinghai Education Group, is a PSLE-focused tuition centre specialising in Mathematics, Science, and Chinese. We are seeking committed Mathematics Teachers to help students build strong foundations and excel in the PSLE.

Key Responsibilities

· Teach Mathematics to primary school students, aligned with MOE syllabus and PSLE requirements

· Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and practice papers targeting concept mastery and exam strategies

· Provide differentiated instruction to support students of varying abilities

· Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and practice papers tailored for different learning levels

· Assess students’ progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods accordingly

· Communicate regularly with parents about learning strategies and student progress

· Participate in curriculum production and enhancement

· Participate in training sessions, centre meetings, and tuition centre events (e.g., Open Houses, workshops)

Requirements

Singapore citizen or PR only

· Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or related field

· At least 2 years of teaching experience in a tuition centre, enrichment school, or MOE school

· Strong knowledge of Singapore MOE Mathematics syllabus and PSLE exam format

· Ability to simplify complex concepts and instill confidence in students

· Patient, enthusiastic, and passionate about nurturing young learners

· Able to work on weekdays (afternoons to evenings) and weekends (morning to afternoon).
