Relationship Manager – Private Wealth & Multi-Family Office
Build your client franchise on an independent, open-architecture wealth-management platform
Armour Asset Management is a Singapore-based, MAS-licensed fund management company serving high-net-worth individuals and ultra-high-net-worth families, primarily across Asia.
Through our external asset management and fund management businesses, we provide clients with independent advice, bespoke portfolio solutions and access to a broad range of investment opportunities. Our open-architecture platform combines the agility and personal attention of a boutique firm with the investment, trading, operational and compliance support needed to serve sophisticated private clients.
We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager who can build trusted, long-term client relationships and play a meaningful role in the continued growth of our private wealth and multi-family office platform.
The opportunity
This is a front-office role for an established wealth-management professional who values independence, direct access to senior management and the flexibility to deliver genuinely client-led solutions.
You will take ownership of your client relationships while working closely with our investment, trading, operations and compliance teams. With central support for onboarding, execution, reporting and administration, you can devote more time to clients, business development and investment conversations.
What you will do
Develop and manage client relationships
- Build and deepen long-term relationships with HNW and UHNW clients.
- Understand each client’s investment objectives, risk appetite, liquidity needs and broader family wealth considerations.
- Act as a trusted adviser by providing relevant market insights, portfolio updates and investment solutions.
- Maintain a high standard of responsiveness, discretion and client service.
Grow the business
- Originate new client relationships through your professional network, referrals and strategic partnerships.
- Develop a sustainable pipeline of prospective clients and convert suitable opportunities.
- Grow assets under management and contribute meaningfully to the firm’s long-term revenue development.
- Represent Armour professionally at client meetings, industry events and networking platforms.
Deliver tailored wealth solutions
- Collaborate with the investment team to construct and review bespoke multi-asset portfolios.
- Introduce appropriate solutions across public equities, fixed income, funds, alternatives, structured products and derivatives.
- Identify opportunities to support clients’ wealth structuring, succession-planning and family-office requirements.
- Ensure recommendations remain aligned with each client’s mandate, risk profile and long-term objectives.
Maintain strong governance
- Work closely with compliance and operations throughout the client onboarding and servicing process.
- Ensure that KYC, AML/CFT, suitability and client documentation requirements are properly completed.
- Conduct all activities in accordance with applicable MAS regulations, internal policies and the highest professional and ethical standards.
What we are looking for
- At least five years of relevant experience in private banking, external asset management, wealth management or a family-office environment.
- An established HNW/UHNW network and a credible track record of originating relationships, growing AUM and generating sustainable revenue.
- Strong understanding of multi-asset investment products and portfolio solutions.
- Familiarity with Singapore’s regulatory, suitability and client-onboarding requirements.
- Relevant regulatory qualifications and the ability to meet all applicable fit-and-proper requirements.
- Strong commercial judgement, communication skills and relationship-management capability.
- An entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset, supported by integrity, accountability and a genuine commitment to clients.
