The posting

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product design, from user research and journey mapping to wireframes, prototypes, interaction design, and high-fidelity UI.
  • Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design improvements.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components, and UX/UI standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, shape product direction, and support Agile delivery.
  • Work closely with engineers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Present design rationale and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to the continuous improvement of design practices.

Requirements

  • Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, or related roles.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design experience and delivered digital products.
  • Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent design tools.
  • Strong knowledge of user-centred design, interaction design, usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Experience in user research, usability testing, prototyping, and design validation.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React, Tailwind, or equivalent.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with Product Managers, Business Analysts, engineers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
