The posting

Senior UX/UI/Product Designer

  • Research and discovery: benchmark competitors and best practices. Tap into the Frog/Client network to deliver industry benchmarking.
  • Strategy and definition: define experience principles, and help prioritise the MVP scope with the Product Owner.
  • Information architecture and flows: design the navigation model, user flows, and task flows.
  • Wireframing and prototyping: create low- to high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to test and align on concepts quickly.
  • Visual and UI design: produce high-fidelity screens for iOS and Android, applying brand, accessibility standards, microinteractions, and platform guidelines (HIG, Material).
  • Design system: Apply existing client Design system components, patterns, and tokens, and document usage guidelines for consistency and scalability.
  • Must be great at presenting their work, clear communicators, and comfortable presenting to senior leaders
  • Usability testing and validation: plan and facilitate high level tests, analyse results, and iterate designs based on evidence..
  • Collaboration and stakeholder management: present and defend design decisions to client stakeholders.
