Responsibilities:

Assist Production Superintendent in managing day-to-day operation of the production line/shift as assigned under his/her charge to meet Quality, Productivity and Efficiency target.

  • Ensure manpower is properly deployed and utilized
  • Inspire and motivate workers to meet Company's goals and objectives
  • Train new workers to achieve better efficiency and improve productivity
  • To meet the quality target as set in the budget preparation
  • Authorized to stop production for any abnormality related to Quality issue and report immediately to superior
  • Enforce good housekeeping and discipline
  • Educate and enforce compliance with Safe Work Practices to achieve Zero accident
  • Report immediately to superior if any deviation found

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical
  • Independent, self-disciplined, pro-active and hardworking
  • Good team player who possesses drive, resourceful, initiative and ability to work effectively in a team
  • No experience required if able to meet the above requirement may apply
