About the Role

We are looking for an organised and proactive Senior Project Executive to support the coordination and delivery of an air engineering training programme. You will work closely with the Project Manager, trainers and stakeholders to coordinate schedules, maintain training records and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager in daily project coordination, administration and execution.
  • Coordinate training schedules, trainer deployment and manpower arrangements.
  • Track trainer readiness requirements, including security clearance, course-specific Training-the-Trainer (TTT), competency assessments and approvals.
  • Maintain accurate records of trainer qualifications, deployment, attendance, training hours and assessment results.
  • Liaise with trainers and stakeholders on training arrangements, schedules and administrative matters.
  • Monitor project timelines, training activities and manpower availability, escalating potential delays or issues to the Project Manager.
  • Prepare training statistics, deployment reports, project updates, meeting minutes and other required reports.
  • Coordinate meetings, training observations, audits and follow-up actions.
  • Assist in monitoring contractual KPIs, training deliverables and service requirements.
  • Maintain training documentation and ensure records are available for reporting and audit purposes.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure continuity of the training programme.
  • Deliver air engineering training as a lead trainer in at least one key domain.
  • Perform other project-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
  • 2–3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in project coordination, training administration or operations.
  • Experience coordinating training schedules, trainer deployment, course administration and project documentation will be an advantage.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with trainers and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Relevant experience in air engineering training.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • ACTA, ACLP or an equivalent adult learning qualification will be an advantage.
  • Experience in SAF/RSAF, aviation or technical training environments will be an advantage.

What You Can Expect

You will contribute to the delivery of an important aviation engineering training programme while gaining experience in project coordination and training operations. Working alongside experienced trainers and stakeholders, you will support the development of aviation engineering professionals and build your own skills and career.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.
