Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Construction of buildings
  • Position Title: Senior Project Manager (ACMV)
  • Working Location: Midview City
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Thursday, 8 AM – 6 PM; Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB
  • Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead ACMV projects from pre-construction and design coordination through installation, testing, commissioning, completion and handover.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, subcontractors, suppliers and site activities.
  • Lead and guide engineers to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, authorities, suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Review drawings, technical submissions, method statements, shop drawings and material submissions.
  • Ensure ACMV works comply with project specifications, approved drawings, codes and statutory requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage project costing, variations, claims, procurement and contractual matters.
  • Attend project meetings and provide progress updates to management and clients.
  • Coordinate testing, commissioning, handover and project documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirements.
  • Resolve technical and site issues and maintain good stakeholder relationships.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • At least 10 years of relevant ACMV experience, preferably in large, complex or A&A projects.
  • Strong experience in ACMV project management, site coordination, installation, testing and commissioning.
  • Experience leading engineering or project teams.
  • Good knowledge of ACMV systems, construction processes and project delivery.
  • Experience in costing, variations, claims, procurement and subcontractor management.
  • Strong communication, leadership, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in project scheduling and relevant engineering or project-management software.
  • Knowledge of local building regulations, codes and safety requirements is an advantage.
