Job Responsibilities
- Plan and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, procurement, and milestones to ensure timely delivery and achievement of project targets and margins.
- Lead project teams, engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors, coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, costs, risks, and forecasts; resolve issues, improve project efficiency, and provide regular performance updates.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, quality control, documentation, and project handover to ensure compliance with contractual specifications, technical requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements, ISO standards, and relevant regulations; maintain project safety documentation, support audits, and assist management with business development opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Min Diploma in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in smoke control, fire alarm, HVAC, or building automation systems.
- Strong knowledge of local regulations, safety standards, project management practices, and stakeholder coordination, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with basic knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM; able to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.
