  • Collaborate across departments, vendors, and partners to ensure successful implementation and support while driving the adoption of Project Management best practices
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues, implementing corrective actions to maintain project progress
  • Monitor and manage project scope to minimize scope creep, utilizing change management procedures to capture additional work and ensure proper billing
  • Effectively communicate project updates, progress, and expectations to internal and external stakeholders

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of external customer project management experience (8+ for senior candidates)
  • Experience managing complex software implementation projects
  • Proficiency in Scrum/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects
  • Strong business acumen and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to travel up to 20%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Aviation industry experience, ideally in crew planning solutions
  • PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?
