We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager for a one-year contract (with potential for extension) to lead the day-to-day delivery of a strategic programme spanning talent, leadership, capability and organization development across the region.

Working across APAC leadership teams, Global Centres of Excellence and local HR teams, the role will coordinate and work through multiple strategic workstreams, drive execution, monitor progress and help translate strategy into tangible business outcomes.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end programme management of the Asia Talent Readiness initiative, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives, timelines, milestones, risks and success measures.
  • Act as the programme integrator across all Talent Readiness workstreams, bringing together succession planning, talent management, capability building, organisation design, leadership development, change management and governance into one cohesive programme. Ensure alignment of priorities, interdependencies, resources and outcomes across workstreams.
  • Coordinate multiple strategic workstreams, including succession planning, leadership pipeline development, capability building, organization design, talent management, change management and governance, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
  • Drive governance and executive reporting, preparing Steering Committee materials, executive updates, dashboards, decision papers and tracking progress against programme deliverables.
  • Partner with business leaders, People Partners and Global Centres of Excellence to facilitate cross-functional collaboration, remove execution barriers and ensure successful implementation across Asia markets.
  • Develop and maintain programme plans, risk registers, dependency tracking and action logs, proactively identifying issues and driving mitigation plans.
  • Support talent and organizational analytics, consolidating data and insights to inform leadership discussions, succession planning and strategic workforce decisions.
  • Coordinate communications and change management activities, helping drive stakeholder engagement, adoption and alignment throughout the programme lifecycle.
  • Continuously improve programme effectiveness, identifying opportunities to simplify processes, strengthen governance and enhance execution excellence.
  • Play lead role in scaling the Talent Readiness approach to create a Product we can scale through the Plan 30 Strategy deployment process at the end of 2026 and into 2027.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
