Senior QC Specialist / QC Specialist | Medical Device Manufacturing

📍 Kaki Bukit 💰 $4,200–$7,000/month, depending on experience and seniority 📅 Permanent Position 🏭 Medical Device / Manufacturing Environment

Great opportunity for an experienced Quality Control professional to take ownership of product quality investigations, QC laboratory activities, process improvement and manufacturing quality performance.

Quality Control & Investigation

• Drive investigations and resolution of product quality issues with Production, Manufacturing Engineering and Supplier Quality teams • Initiate and coordinate internal and supplier non-conformance reviews and ensure timely closure of quality notifications • Participate in customer complaint reviews and failure analysis of returned instruments • Identify root causes and opportunities to improve product quality and reliability • Establish and maintain appropriate process quality control criteria

QC Laboratory & Manufacturing Support

• Manage QC laboratory activities supporting manufacturing operations • Ensure laboratory readiness, compliance and effective day-to-day operations • Maintain validated laboratory equipment and support basic troubleshooting / equipment issue coordination • Support QC instrument testing, reagent management and procedural updates • Review and support process validation activities to ensure appropriate quality controls are established • Provide technical guidance and training to QC Technicians where required

Quality Analytics & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor QC test yield, process data and quality trends • Partner Engineering and Manufacturing teams on process and test improvements • Monitor product and process quality performance against organisational KPIs • Prepare weekly and monthly quality performance reports and trend analyses • Identify opportunities to strengthen QC laboratory practices and overall operational effectiveness
