About the Role

Join an innovative materials engineering environment where you will drive the development of advanced metal powders, explore new alloy systems and develop next-generation powder manufacturing technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams on R&D initiatives, new product development and customer projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead powder development projects and explore new alloy systems and powder manufacturing techniques.
  • Drive research and development initiatives to improve material properties, manufacturing processes and product performance.
  • Manage technical projects to ensure timely delivery, budget compliance and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders on technology development and new product introduction.
  • Analyse experimental data and material characteristics to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Mentor team members and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Manage R&D project budgets and optimise resource allocation.
  • Represent the organisation at industry conferences, technical seminars and networking events.
