Are you an experienced nurse looking to transitioning into the clinical research industry?

Join a leading Pharma MNC as a Senior Research Nurse and play a key role in supporting clinical trials and research studies in a professional healthcare environment.

Position: Senior Research Nurse Industry: Clinical Research / Pharma MNC Location: West Area Employment: Contract Role (Renewable) Working Hours: Day Shifts Only, No Night Duties

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform venepuncture and blood collection for research participants
  • Conduct ECGs, vital signs monitoring, and participant assessments
  • Assist in the execution of clinical trial protocols and study procedures
  • Monitor participants throughout study visits and ensure patient safety
  • Administer study-related treatments and procedures as required
  • Maintain accurate source documentation and research records
  • Liaise with investigators, pharmacists, and study coordinators
  • Ensure compliance with GCP, study protocols, and regulatory requirements
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior nursing staff when required

Requirements

βœ… Registered Nurse with valid SNB registration βœ… Strong blood-taking / venepuncture skills (mandatory) βœ… Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in hospital or clinical setting βœ… Comfortable handling research participants and clinical procedures βœ… Prior experience in research, screening centres, ICU, ED, oncology, or acute wards is advantageous βœ… Good communication and documentation skills βœ… Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
