SENIOR RETAIL ASSISTANT | $2500 - $2,900 | 5 DAYS (Islandwide)

📍 Locations: Islandwide

💰 Gross Salary: $2,600– $2,900/month

📅 Working Days: 5 days per week, including rostered weekends and Public Holidays

✨ Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver quality customer service and assist with product recommendations.
  • Support daily retail operations, cashiering and inventory management.
  • Guide junior retail associates on service standards and store procedures.
  • Assist with merchandise displays, promotions and stock replenishment.
  • Support supervisors in achieving store sales and operational targets.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve routine service enquiries.

✅ Requirements

  • Preferably 4-5 years of retail experience.
  • Prior experience guiding junior staff is advantageous.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable working rostered shifts.
