The posting

The Opportunity:

You will be joining a reputable semiconductor company overseeing lithography operations, equipment performance, manufacturing output, yield, cost, and continuous improvement within a semiconductor wafer fabrication environment.

The Job:

  • Lead and manage the Lithography section to achieve production targets, cycle time commitments, and operational KPIs.
  • Ensure stable and efficient manufacturing operations through effective deployment of manpower, resources, and technical expertise.
  • Drive execution of daily fab operations while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Monitor manufacturing performance and implement corrective actions to address operational gaps.
  • Provide technical leadership for lithography processes and equipment across production lines.
  • Drive process optimization initiatives to improve yield, defect performance, process capability, and productivity.
  • Partner with Equipment Engineering teams to improve tool utilization, availability, and reliability.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve equipment uptime and cost-of-ownership targets.
  • Support equipment installation, qualification, technology transfer, and capacity expansion projects.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, supervisors, and technical specialists.
  • Establish performance goals, succession plans, and competency development programs.

The Talent:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and at least 10 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Strong background in Lithography processes within advanced semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Good in Leadership and People Management
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization
  • Proven track record in yield improvement, process optimization, and manufacturing excellence.
