The posting

We are seeking a Senior T24 Analyst / Consultant with strong experience in Core Banking and Financial Services. The candidate will be responsible for analysing business requirements, supporting T24 banking solutions, preparing functional specifications, coordinating with technology teams, and supporting system implementation, testing and production activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into T24 functional requirements, user stories and functional specifications.
  • Support T24 core banking application enhancements, implementation and integration initiatives.
  • Work closely with business users, banking operations and technology teams to understand and document requirements.
  • Analyse banking processes and translate business needs into appropriate T24 system solutions.
  • Support T24 configuration, functional validation, testing and implementation activities.
  • Prepare and execute functional, integration, regression and UAT scenarios for T24 applications.
  • Perform data validation and reconciliation across T24 and integrated banking systems using SQL and API tools.
  • Coordinate with development and technical teams for issue analysis, defect resolution and solution implementation.
  • Support system migration, application integration and production release activities.
  • Investigate functional issues and support root cause analysis and production incident resolution.
  • Prepare functional documentation, process flows, test cases and implementation-related documentation.
  • Work in Agile and Waterfall project environments and participate in requirement workshops and stakeholder discussions.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of IT experience, with significant experience in the Banking / Financial Services domain.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Temenos T24 / Transact Core Banking systems.
  • Experience in T24 functional analysis, requirements gathering and solution delivery.
  • Strong understanding of Core Banking processes and banking operations.
  • Experience preparing BRD/FRD, functional specifications, user stories and process documentation.
  • Strong experience in Functional Testing, SIT, UAT and Regression Testing.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and API validation.
  • Experience coordinating with business, development, testing and technology teams.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
