The posting

Job Description

  1. Assist the Resident Engineer and project team in supervising civil works on site.
  2. Monitor and inspect construction activities to ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
  3. Liaise and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and relevant stakeholders on site construction matters.
  4. Attend site inspections, technical meetings, and coordination meetings as required.
  5. Maintain proper site records, inspection reports, and other project documentation.
  6. Monitor work progress and report any quality, safety, or technical issues to the Resident Engineer.

Candidate Requirements

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction supervision of civil works.
  • Familiar with construction drawings, specifications, and site inspection procedures.
  • Experience in infrastructure, roads, drainage, utility, or building projects will be an advantage.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a site supervision team.
