About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Senior VAL Operator – Operations to oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound operations, operational efficiency, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily warehouse operations from inbound to outbound.
  • Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality of fulfilment processes.
  • Resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness.
  • Drive process improvements and achieve key operational metrics.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Train and guide operations teams on best practices, company policies, and service excellence.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  • Manage employee training and development.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations management.
  • Good understanding of inbound and outbound warehouse processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
  • Ability to lead, train, and develop team members.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
