The posting

Interested in hands-on technical work with a structured training period and a rostered 4-day work week after training? This opportunity could be your next step!

We are recruiting for multiple roles within a server hardware manufacturing environment. You will gain practical experience in assembling, testing and inspecting server systems while working with a team focused on product quality and production standards.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assemble server hardware, chassis, hard drives, racks and cabinets.
  • Conduct visual checks and basic functional inspections.
  • Identify and report defects, damaged components and quality discrepancies.
  • Operate hand tools and basic testing equipment.
  • Assist with hardware integration, packing and other production tasks.
  • Complete inspection documentation and maintain a safe, organised workspace.

Working Schedule

  • Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Day shift: 8:00 AM–8:30 PM
  • Night shift: 8:30 PM–8:00 AM
  • Roster: 4-day work week after training, if confirmed by the employer

Rotating 3-shift system:

  • A Shift: Mon – Thu, 8:00am – 8:00pm
  • B Shift: Fri – Sat (8:00am – 8:00pm) & Mon – Tue (8:00pm – 8:00am)
  • C Shift: Wed – Sat, 8:00pm – 8:00am

What We're Looking For

  • Technical training, NITEC or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • Experience in production, hardware assembly or quality control is beneficial.
  • Able to follow standard operating procedures and technical instructions.
  • Comfortable using basic hand tools and inspection equipment.
  • Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts.
