The posting

Be part of the team that builds and verifies the hardware behind modern data centre infrastructure.

We are seeking detail-oriented candidates to support server hardware assembly, system integration and quality inspection. This position offers an opportunity to develop practical technical skills in a structured manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble server systems and related hardware in accordance with technical specifications.
  • Inspect components and finished products to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
  • Perform basic checks using tools such as torque screwdrivers and multimeters.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate assembly defects or hardware discrepancies.
  • Assist with server integration, product handling and packaging.
  • Record inspection findings and follow established production procedures.
  • Maintain workplace safety and 5S standards.

Requirements

  • NITEC, technical/vocational qualification or equivalent preferred.
  • Relevant experience in hardware assembly, manufacturing, testing or quality assurance is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with basic tools and inspection procedures.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
  • Able to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts.

Working Hours

  • Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Post-training: Rotating 12-hour shifts
  • Day shift: 8:00 AM–8:30 PM
  • Night shift: 8:30 PM–8:00 AM
  • Rostered 4-day work week after training, subject to confirmation
