Service Captain/ Supervisor (Spanish cuisine)

  • 5.5 days, or 5 days (depending on roster), 44 hours per week
  • Salary: $2,500 - $2,900 + OT (Captain), $3,000 - $3,300 + OT (Supervisor)
  • Location: Guoco Tower, Tanjong Pagar / PLQ 1, Paya Lebar
  • With at least 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Job scope:

  • Greet customers warmly, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Accurately communicate orders to the kitchen and ensure correct delivery to tables.
  • Have a thorough understanding of the menu, including specials and ingredients, to answer questions and make recommendations.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
  • Clearing dirty dishes, cleaning and resetting tables for the next customers, and ensuring the dining area remains tidy and organized
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
