Job Description

We are seekinga FOH / Service Crew member to join the Original Burger Co team on a full-timebasis. This is a customer-facing position based in Funan mall, City Hall, whereyou will be at the heart of our front-of-house operations. As a Service Crewmember, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customerexperiences and maintaining the smooth operation of our dining establishment.Your responsibilities will span across greeting guests, taking orders,preparing food based on SOPs, serving food and beverages, and ensuring ourguests leave with a good experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professionalmanner upon arrival

• Seat guests and present menus promptly and courteously

• Take accurate food and beverage orders usingpoint-of-sale systems

• Responsible for consistent food production as perrecipes, portion standards and SOPs

• Manages preparation levels, RM quality, wastage,cooking/ holding temperatures, hygiene, sanitation, equipment andproduction/closing checks.

• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, andallergen information to assist guests with recommendations

• Clear tables efficiently and reset for the next service

• Handle guest inquiries and complaints withprofessionalism and empathy

• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and foodsafety protocols

• Assist with general cleaning and maintenance of thefront-of-house area

• Support the team during peak service periods andspecial events

• Process payments accurately and handle cash or cardtransactions securely
