Job Responsibilities

  • Serve customers courteously and efficiently.
  • Take orders and recommend menu items when required.
  • Operate cashier and POS system.
  • Handle cash, card, and digital payment transactions accurately.
  • Assist customers with food selection and portioning.
  • Prepare simple food items and beverages when required.
  • Replenish food trays and maintain food display presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness of service counters, dining area, and workstations.
  • Support daily outlet operations.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and customer service mindset.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to handle cashier duties accurately.
  • Experience in F&B industry is an advantage but not required.
  • Training will be provided.
