Service Delivery Manager (IT Infrastructure)

About the role

We are hiring a Service Delivery Manager (IT Infrastructure) for a managed IT infrastructure and security services engagement supporting a public sector organisation in Singapore. This is an on-site role supporting a 24x7 operational environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Single point of contact for all operational and service delivery matters
  • Ensure deliverables per SLA
  • Oversee critical incidents (Sev1/2)
  • Multi-vendor management
  • Drive service improvements

What you will bring

  • 10+ years IT Service Management / IT Operations across multiple service domains
  • ITSM/ITIL
  • Multi-vendor management
  • Incident management
  • Service transition
  • SLA management
  • Analytical and communication skills

Qualifications & certifications

  • Degree in CS/IT or related
  • ITIL certification preferred

Work arrangement

  • Location: Singapore, on-site at client premises
  • Employment type: Contract / Permanent / Full Time
  • Working days: Monday to Friday
  • The successful candidate must be able to obtain the required government security clearance before starting
  • Candidates with existing CAT security clearance will be preferred
