About the Role

Enjoy troubleshooting and fixing appliances? Join us as a Repair Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain vacuum cleaners, robot vacuum cleaners, hairdryers and water purifiers. You will help restore products to safe working condition and support a reliable after-sales service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot product faults and carry out repairs and maintenance.
  • Replace faulty components and perform cleaning, servicing and adjustments.
  • Test repaired products to ensure proper functioning and safe operation.
  • Record findings, repairs completed and spare parts used.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service on repair progress and technical findings.
  • Maintain tools, spare parts and a clean, organised work area.

Requirements:

  • Relevant technical qualification in electrical, electronics or mechanical engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience repairing household appliances or consumer electronics is preferred.
  • Able to use diagnostic tools and read technical instructions.
  • Practical troubleshooting skills, attention to detail and a strong safety mindset.
  • Willingness to learn new products and repair methods.
  • Candidates with Class 3 driving license will be preferred.
