Job Summary

Perform maintenance, installation, and repair of aesthetics equipment while troubleshooting technical issues. Support daily operations and customer service to ensure equipment reliability and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on aesthetics equipment to ensure optimal functionality
  • Install and repair aesthetics equipment, adhering to safety and quality standards
  • Troubleshoot equipment and technology issues to minimize downtime and improve performance
  • Analyze technical problems and develop strategic solutions to enhance equipment reliability
  • Conduct servicing in both workshop and field environments to support client needs
  • Facilitate daily operational activities to maintain smooth workflow and service delivery
  • Respond promptly to customer queries related to equipment maintenance and technical support
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster trust and repeat business

Required competencies and certifications

  • Hold a Class 3 driving license to support occasional overseas assignments
  • Possess NITEC 3 / Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or equivalent qualification
  • Demonstrate at least 2 years of relevant experience in equipment repair and maintenance

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Exhibit strong teamwork, self-motivation, and service orientation
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively by prioritizing and organizing time efficiently
  • Maintain a positive attitude, responsibility, and passion for the role
  • Learn quickly, work independently, and perform well under pressure
  • Possess basic computer literacy to support operational tasks
