Job Summary

The Piping & Mechanical Field Engineer coordinates daily field piping and equipment installation activities, ensuring compliance with design and quality standards. Provides technical support, resolves design issues, and collaborates with multiple teams to support construction management.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily piping and equipment installation activities to ensure adherence to design basis and quality standards on the project
  • Provide technical assistance to contractors to maintain safety and quality control throughout installation processes
  • Communicate and collaborate with Design Engineering teams to identify and resolve technical problems effectively
  • Initiate, coordinate, and oversee the implementation of design changes to maintain project integrity
  • Facilitate coordination among design, quality control, subcontractors, and other jobsite groups to ensure smooth operations
  • Support the Construction Manager by resolving issues related to piping and equipment installations and activities
