  1. Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure work is carried out according to project specifications, drawings, and schedules.
  2. Monitor site progress and ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  3. Coordinate with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers on site-related matters.
  4. Review construction drawings, technical specifications, and method statements before work execution.
  5. Arrange manpower, materials, equipment, and tools required for site operations.
  6. Conduct site inspections and ensure all works comply with safety regulations and quality requirements.
  7. Identify and resolve technical issues arising during construction and installation works.
  8. Prepare daily progress reports, site records, and other necessary project documentation.
  9. Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress and outstanding issues.
  10. Ensure compliance with company safety policies and Singapore Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.
