Our client is an established A1 Main Contractor in Singapore, undertaking building construction projects across the local construction industry.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure works are carried out according to project schedules, drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth site operations.
  • Monitor construction progress and ensure work is completed according to the approved programme.
  • Ensure workmanship and construction quality meet project requirements and specifications.
  • Manage site manpower, materials, equipment and subcontractor activities.
  • Identify and resolve site coordination issues and construction challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health requirements and relevant authority regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, quality and safety.
  • Coordinate with consultants and relevant stakeholders on site matters and inspections.
  • Report site progress, delays and outstanding issues to the project management team.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or a related discipline.
  • Relevant site management experience with a main contractor, preferably on building construction projects.
  • Good knowledge of construction methods, site coordination, drawings and construction schedules.
