Job Summary

You will support roadwork and underground utility projects by monitoring site security cameras, recording attendance and activities, troubleshooting equipment, coordinating with site teams, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor Wi-Fi security cameras at work sites to ensure continuous operation and security coverage
  • Record workers' attendance, working hours, and daily site activities accurately for project tracking
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and replacement of cameras to maintain effective monitoring systems
  • Assist with LTA.PROMPT applications, updates, and daily closure to support regulatory compliance
  • Communicate daily work updates with Site Supervisors and Foremen to coordinate site operations
  • Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and SharePoint for data management and reporting
  • Report unusual site activities, discrepancies, delays, or camera issues promptly to the Operations team
  • Visit project sites as needed to set up, check, or replace cameras ensuring operational readiness

Required competencies and certifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint for record-keeping and data management
  • Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications for communication and operational tasks
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions to support site monitoring and coordination
  • Understanding of basic site safety requirements and ability to identify potential hazards
  • Willingness to travel to different work sites across Singapore as required
  • Availability to work Saturdays and occasional Sundays based on operational needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience in construction, roadworks, site coordination, operations, security monitoring, Wi-Fi cameras, or LTA.PROMPT applications is advantageous
  • No specialized CCTV experience required; training will be provided
