Job Summary

Lead and manage interior design projects by coordinating with workers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely, quality execution from drawings to project handover, while resolving client feedback and monitoring progress.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate workers and schedule touch-up work with clients within agreed timeframes
  • Plan and discuss project execution and implementation with subcontractors
  • Manage and supervise project works, overseeing workers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality workmanship
  • Execute project work accurately based on drawings and specifications
  • Interpret drawings and calculate site material requirements for efficient resource planning
  • Monitor project progress regularly and report updates to the Project Manager
  • Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors on all project matters to ensure alignment
  • Attend site meetings as required to address project issues and updates
  • Coordinate project activities to ensure successful completion and handover to clients
  • Resolve client and resident complaints or feedback promptly and effectively
  • Perform other related duties as delegated by management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in interior design or project management
  • Ability to independently manage projects from start to finish
  • Proficient in hand sketching and site measurement with drawing interpretation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders
  • Pleasant working attitude, self-motivated, and hardworking
