The posting

Position : Construction Supervisor

  • Liaise with drafter / project manager / maincon to ensure installation / fabrication is carried out as per construction drawings .
  • Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed
  • Analyzing drawing to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and installation specifications.
  • To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers
  • Carry out toolbox meeting and workplace safety health in accordance with standard
  • Control material usage
  • Guideand training new or refreshment workers

Job Requirements

  • Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor Course
  • BCA Core Trade Supervisor Cert (Structural Steel Trade) (If any)
  • Lifting Supervisor , Safety Coordinator or Class 3 Driving Licences (If any)
  • Team Player
  • Able to work fast track / Independent
  • Allocate general and daily responsibilities
  • Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
  • Attend the site mass tool-box meeting
