The posting

  • Supervision: Lead and assign daily tasks to electricians and subcontractors on construction or maintenance sites.
  • Technical Oversight: Oversee electrical installations, cable laying, distribution board (DB) setups, and testing or commissioning.
  • Blueprint Reading: Interpret Single Line Diagrams (SLD), electrical schematics, and basic blueprints or AutoCAD drawings.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify electrical faults and provide hands-on technical guidance or complex repairs.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce strict on-site safety rules, conduct inspections, and maintain a hazard-free work environment.
  • Coordination: Attend site meetings and coordinate workflows with project managers, clients, and other trades.

Requirements

  1. • Experience: Proven hands-on background in electrical installation, fault-finding, and site leadership.
  2. • Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with local electrical codes, testing tools, and schematic designs.
  3. • Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and team management capabilities
