SOC Lead

About the role

We are hiring a SOC Lead for a managed IT infrastructure and security services engagement supporting a public sector organisation in Singapore. This is an on-site role supporting a 24x7 operational environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as shift lead for SOC operations
  • Supervise SOC Analysts
  • Oversee security monitoring and incident triage
  • Direct operational response during assigned shift

What you will bring

  • 5+ years cybersecurity operations; 2+ years lead/supervisory in SOC environment
  • SIEM
  • SOAR
  • EDR
  • Security alert analysis
  • Incident response coordination
  • Shift management
  • AI-enabled security tools

Qualifications & certifications

  • Degree in CS/IT or Cybersecurity
  • GCIH, SC-200 or equivalent required

Work arrangement

  • Location: Singapore, on-site at client premises
  • Employment type: Contract / Permanent / Full Time
  • Working days: Shift-based, as per operations roster
  • The successful candidate must be able to obtain the required government security clearance before starting
  • Candidates with existing CAT security clearance will be preferred
