SOC Manager

About the role

We are hiring a SOC Manager for a managed IT infrastructure and security services engagement supporting a public sector organisation in Singapore. This is an on-site role supporting a 24x7 operational environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and lead SOC operations, governance and performance
  • Oversee security monitoring, threat detection and incident response
  • Manage 24x7 SOC teams
  • Drive detection rule and use case development

What you will bring

  • 10+ years cybersecurity operations; 4+ years lead in SOC environment
  • SIEM (Microsoft Sentinel or equivalent)
  • SOAR
  • EDR
  • Threat detection
  • Incident response
  • 24x7 SOC operations
  • AI-enabled security tools

Qualifications & certifications

  • Degree in CS/IT or Cybersecurity
  • CISSP, CISM or equivalent required

Work arrangement

  • Location: Singapore, on-site at client premises
  • Employment type: Contract / Permanent / Full Time
  • Working days: Monday to Friday
  • The successful candidate must be able to obtain the required government security clearance before starting
  • Candidates with existing CAT security clearance will be preferred
