SOCC Lead (Service Operations Control Centre)

About the role

We are hiring a SOCC Lead (Service Operations Control Centre) for a managed IT infrastructure and security services engagement supporting a public sector organisation in Singapore. This is an on-site role supporting a 24x7 operational environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage centralised monitoring, coordination and control of IT operations
  • Ensure timely detection of operational incidents
  • Single point of operational control
  • Lead shift-based operational teams

What you will bring

  • 5+ years IT operations/infrastructure monitoring; 2+ years lead in SOCC or equivalent
  • IT operations monitoring
  • Incident management
  • Escalation management
  • Shift scheduling
  • AI-assisted monitoring tools
  • Automation/runbook automation

Qualifications & certifications

  • Degree in CS/IT or related
  • ITIL preferred

Work arrangement

  • Location: Singapore, on-site at client premises
  • Employment type: Contract / Permanent / Full Time
  • Working days: Shift-based, as per operations roster
  • The successful candidate must be able to obtain the required government security clearance before starting
  • Candidates with existing CAT security clearance will be preferred
