The posting

About the role

We're looking for a Social Media Executive who sees Instagram and Facebook as the place people decide whether a school is worth their time. Those platforms aren't just somewhere to post course announcements.

You have 1–2 years of hands-on experience. You've run accounts, made content that performed and some that didn't, and started to understand why. You're ready to own two channels end to end for two brands: BELLS School of AI on Instagram and Facebook, and BELLS School of Finance as it launches in the near future on the same platforms.

You'll plan and publish daily and manage the community. You'll also work closely with designers, video editors and our TikTok creator. Growth targets are clear: BELLS School of AI's Instagram is at 6,200 followers today, and we want to see it climb fast. This is a role for someone who loves making content, watches the numbers, and wants to grow quickly into a lead role.

What you'll do

Channel management

  • Run Instagram and Facebook day to day for BELLS School of AI. Then help launch and grow BELLS School of Finance on both platforms.
  • Build and keep a monthly content calendar for each brand, covering course intakes, events, learner stories, key dates and trends.
  • Publish to a steady rhythm.
  • Keep every post on-brand. Use the right brand system, the right tone and approved programme copy, exactly as written.

Content creation

  • Come up with content ideas and formats built to stop the scroll. Think relatable work-and-AI moments, tool explainers, "X vs Y" breakdowns, learner stories and smart takes on trends.
  • Write captions, hooks and on-screen text. Shoot simple Reels on your phone, and edit in CapCut or Canva.
  • Write clear briefs for designers and video editors when a piece needs more than you can make yourself.
  • Use AI tools to move faster on drafts, edits and variations, then finish everything by hand.

Community and audience

  • Reply to comments and DMs quickly, helpfully and in the brand voice. Pass course enquiries to the sales team the same day.
  • Run polls, Q&As, comment prompts and giveaways that get people talking, not just watching.

Learner stories and events

  • Turn learner testimonials and portfolios into social content, always with recorded consent.
  • Cover centre events, open houses and workshops live on Stories, and repurpose them into posts afterwards.

Analytics and reporting

  • Track followers, reach, engagement rate, Reel views, saves, shares and enquiries driven by social.
  • Send a short weekly report and a monthly review: what worked, what didn't, and what you'll change next.
  • Keep an eye on competitors and Singapore education accounts, and bring back ideas worth testing.

What we're looking for

  • A graduate of Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA) or LASALLE College of the Arts (now part of University of the Arts Singapore), or with a degree in marketing or the arts
  • 1–2 years of hands-on social media experience, ideally managing Instagram and Facebook for a brand, agency or creator
  • A portfolio of posts and Reels you made or ran, with the numbers behind them
  • A working understanding of how Instagram and Facebook decide what to show people, and how formats, hooks and posting times affect reach
  • Comfort with Meta Business Suite, Canva and CapCut. Experience with Instagram Insights or a scheduling tool is useful.
  • Strong writing in British English. You can write a hook that lands and a caption that's clear and free of errors.
  • Comfortable on camera or behind it, and happy to shoot at centres and events.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in education, finance, tech or career content
  • Exposure to how organic social works
  • Hands-on use of AI tools for content, like ChatGPT, Claude or Canva AI
  • A personal account or side project you've grown yourself

Who you are

You take social seriously. Every post either builds trust in a brand or wears it down, and you care which one yours does.

You'd rather test an idea than debate it. When a Reel flops, you want to know why, and the next one is better for it. You don't wait to be told what to post. You show up with ideas, a plan and the numbers to back them.

You also want to grow. This role sits close to leadership and a brand being rebuilt from scratch. That means more say, more ownership and a real path to leading social as the team grows.

How to apply

Send your CV and links to 3 pieces of content you made or managed, with a line on how each one performed. Then add one more thing: a single Reel idea for BELLS School of AI, in under 100 words.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
