  • Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, developers, and project stakeholders to clarify requirements and identify potential quality risks.
  • Review automation scripts, establish coding standards, mentor team members, and continuously improve testing efficiency, framework reusability, and automation coverage.
  • Support test planning, release validation, production defect analysis, and continuous quality improvement throughout the software development lifecycle.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or software development, including at least 4–5 years of hands-on test automation experience and prior experience leading automation activities.
  • Strong programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, or Type Script, with the ability to develop and maintain reusable automation components.
  • Proven experience in test automation frameworks, particularly Selenium with Java, Playwright, Appium, Cucumber/BDD, or Pytest.
  • Strong experience in API and web-service testing using Postman, REST Assured, SOAP UI, or Karate.
  • Hands-on experience in functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, cross-browser, and mobile application testing.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
