What will your role be:

  • Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialised utility programs.
  • Analyse user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.
  • Update software, enhances existing software capabilities, and develops and direct software testing and validation procedures.
  • Work with computer hardware engineers to integrate hardware and software systems and develop specifications and performance requirements.
  • Perform software testing and quality assurance, including identifying and resolving defects, conducting functional and regression testing, and ensuring software reliability, performance, and compliance with quality standards.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in software engineering or software development, with hands-on experience building and maintaining production-level systems.
  • Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as Python, Java, C++, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, software architecture, and object-oriented programming.
  • Experience in software design, development, testing, debugging, and system integration.
  • Familiarity with backend development, RESTful APIs, databases, and distributed systems.
  • Knowledge of software testing methodologies, automated testing frameworks, and software validation processes.
  • Experience with version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently investigate technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with an interest in AI technologies and a commitment to building reliable, high-quality software products.
