About the Company Established in 2000 and headquartered in Singapore, iHub Solutions is a Logistics Technology (LogTech) firm providing third-party logistics services across Asia, with offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Thailand, and the Philippines. Our warehousing and last-mile fulfilment services are powered by a proprietary technology stack, featuring our Virtual Logistics System (VLS) WMS and Cloud Transport System (CTS) TMS. Beyond standard 3PL, we act as a software integrator and e-commerce enabler, seamlessly connecting logistics data with ERP systems and e-commerce platforms to provide greater visibility and smarter operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance and maintain in-house Android applications using Java and/or Kotlin.
  • Develop and maintain backend applications, APIs and business logic using C# and .NET Framework.
  • Work directly with users to understand operational needs and translate them into practical software solutions.
  • Independently manage smaller software projects and enhancements from requirements gathering through design, development, testing and production deployment.
  • Work with Microsoft SQL Server and relational databases to support application functionality, data access and backend integration.
  • Investigate and resolve production issues across mobile, backend and database components.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Products Manager, Software Lead and other developers on larger initiatives.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or an equivalent discipline.
  • Experience or a strong foundation in software development, with exposure to native Android development using Java and/or Kotlin.
  • Familiarity with C# and .NET development, with the ability to work on backend APIs, business logic and application integrations.
  • Working understanding of REST APIs, application integration, relational databases and SQL; experience with Microsoft SQL Server is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate with non-technical users, understand operational problems and translate them into workable software solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, independence, curiosity and an interest in understanding business processes.
  • Around 2-4 years of relevant software development experience is preferred. Strong fresh graduates with substantial software development or Android project experience may also be considered.

Good to Have

  • Experience with PostgreSQL or exposure to multiple relational database platforms.
  • Experience maintaining, improving or modernising existing Android applications.
  • Experience with API and system integration work across mobile and backend applications.
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Codex or similar tools to improve software development productivity.
  • Exposure to integrating AI or LLM capabilities into software applications.
