Job Responsibilities

  • Provide professional skin treatments and spa services to customers.
  • Provide professional skin care advice, recommend suitable treatments, solutions and products aligned with customers’ needs.
  • Build rapport and establish good relationships with customers.
  • Be accountable for individual sales targets and contribute collaboratively to achieving team sales targets.
  • Be responsible for the upkeep and functionality of assigned machines and equipment.
  • Handle outlet administrative tasks.
  • Be well versed in all types of skin treatments, skincare products, machines, equipment and promotions offered by the outlet from time to time.
  • Be an Ambassador of the Company.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by the Company.

  • Possess working experience as a Skin Therapist, Beauty Therapist.
  • Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Initiative and willing to learn attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
