  • Workforce Analytics and Talent Insights
  • Strategic Thinking & Business Acumen

  • Drive greater internal mobility and talent development activity
  • Facilitate high-quality talent reviews and succession discussions
  • Strengthen diverse leadership pipelines and retention of key talent
  • Establish effective talent governance, reporting, and metrics across Asia

If you've worked in a role where you designed and implemented talent management strategies across multinational organizations, led succession planning for senior leaders, and used workforce insights to influence business decisions, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to connect strategy, data, and stakeholder partnership to create meaningful talent outcomes.

Life on the team

You'll join Global Talent Management within People, Places & Culture. The team helps ensure the leadership capability, skills, and experiences needed to deliver current and future business strategy. Working as a global center of excellence, the team collaborates across functions and geographies, with a strong focus on partnership, data-informed decisions, talent reviews, and continuous improvement. Over the next 12 to 18 months, you'll help advance talent management frameworks, strengthen leadership pipelines, expand internal mobility, and increase the use of talent insights in decision-making. You'll work closely with senior business leaders, regional People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Culture, Reward, and colleagues across the global Talent Management Centre of Excellence.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
