Job Summary

Oversee daily store operations and lead a team to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth in a beauty, aesthetics, or wellness retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient business performance
  • Manage and supervise beauty therapists, service staff, and other team members to maintain high service standards
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive engagement
  • Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies and promotional activities aligned with business goals
  • Monitor store revenue, expenses, inventory, and service quality to optimize profitability and operational efficiency
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally to uphold brand reputation
  • Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate staff performance to build a high-performing team
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, and workplace procedures to maintain a safe and professional environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Relevant experience in store management, preferably in the beauty, aesthetics, or wellness industry
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills demonstrated through team management and customer interactions
