Job Responsibilities:
- To provide operational support for all other departments including receiving, releasing, picking, packing, storage and housekeeping.
- Ensure accuracy of quantities for all incoming and outgoing goods.
- Report shortages, damaged goods, stock discrepancies, or other warehouse issues to the supervisor.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of packaging materials to prevent damage and wastage.
- Ensure daily cleaning and maintenance is done.
- Maintain proper documentation.
- Perform stock take activities and submit report on the status.
- Ensure proper identification, segregation and label for all stock materials for easy retrieval.
- Plan, organize stock in allocated location for efficient maintenance and stock control.
- Work with suppliers, delivery courier, our mechanic team and other departments (if any) for checking documentation.
- Enforce safety at workplace at all times.
- Other ad-hock duties as assigned as and when required.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE “N” or “O” level.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in warehouse management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
- Possess valid Forklift license.
- Detail-oriented, with good organizational and communication skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Positive work attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Must be physically fit.
