Help Shape a New Chapter in Education

At House on the Hill, we believe education is not simply about what children learn, but about who they become.

We are establishing a new Montessori-inspired student care and educational programme for primary school children aged 7–12.

Inspired by the philosophy of 知行合一 and Montessori’s approach to education for life, our programme integrates Chinese language immersion, literary appreciation, cultural heritage, independence, creativity and character development.

We are looking for passionate educators to join our founding team and help build an inspiring environment where children grow into confident thinkers, responsible individuals and lifelong learners.

POSITION: Student Care Centre Leader

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking educational leader to oversee the establishment and development of 知行学苑.

This role combines educational leadership, programme development, team management and daily centre operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the establishment and daily management of the Student Care Centre.

2. Translate the academy’s educational philosophy into meaningful programmes and daily practices.

3. Develop a balanced after-school and holiday programme integrating academic responsibility, cultural immersion and holistic development.

4. Recruit, mentor and develop a collaborative team of educators.

5. Establish effective operational procedures, safeguarding practices and a positive learning environment.

6. Build strong partnerships with parents and the wider House on the Hill community.

7. Monitor programme quality, children’s well-being and overall centre performance.

8. Work closely with House on the Hill leadership on the academy’s long-term development.

Who We Are Looking For

* Relevant qualifications and experience in education, student care or educational leadership.

* Strong understanding of primary school children’s developmental needs.

* Experience managing teams, programmes or educational operations.

* Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

* Appreciation of Montessori education and holistic child development.

* Ability to balance educational vision with practical operational responsibilities.

* A collaborative, reflective and entrepreneurial mindset.

我们正在寻找一位经验丰富、富有前瞻性思维的教育领导者，负责知行学苑的创立、建设与发展。

此职位涵盖教育领导、课程与项目开发、团队管理以及中心日常营运等工作。

主要职责

  • 领导学生托管中心的筹建工作，并负责中心的日常管理。
  • 将学苑的教育理念转化为有意义的课程项目与日常实践。
  • 设计均衡的课后及假期课程，融合学业责任、文化沉浸体验与全人发展。
  • 招聘、指导及培养具有协作精神的教育团队。
  • 建立完善的营运流程、学生保护机制及积极正向的学习环境。
  • 与家长及 House on the Hill 社群建立紧密、良好的合作关系。
  • 监督课程质量、儿童身心健康及中心的整体营运表现。
  • 与 House on the Hill 管理层紧密合作，共同推动学苑的长远发展。
