Job Description

  • Monitor student attendance, late coming, and discipline cases.
  • Support at-risk students and intervention programmes.
  • Conduct school compound and neighbourhood patrols to ensure student safety.
  • Assist with smoking and vaping prevention programmes.
  • Maintain student incident records and provide administrative support.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the school

Requirements

  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Good note-taking and documentation skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills withstudents, staff, and parents.
  • Able to engage students, monitor their well-being,and provide support.
  • Mature, firm, and calm in handling studentbehaviour and discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a secondary school, preferably in student management, discipline, or pastoral care.
